- 50% deposit required at booking to secure your date
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before event
- No refund if cancelled within 30 days of event
- Written cancellation notice required (email accepted)

Damage Protection Options:
- Optional damage waiver: $125 flat fee (non-refundable)
- Chairs inspected before and after each rental
- Client responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Photo documentation of damages provided if necessary

Additional Terms:
- Chairs must be protected from inclement weather
- No tape, staples, or adhesives allowed on chairs
- Advance venue inspection available upon request
- Insurance certificate available for venues requiring documentation
- Contract must be signed prior to delivery
