Sarasota Warehouse Pickup – By Appointment Only

Pickup and return at our Sarasota warehouse is available by appointment only for select rental items on rental orders totaling less than $1,000. Eligible items may include chairs, banquet tables, select linens and napkins, chair cushions, and other approved inventory.

Rental orders totaling $1,000 or more require professional delivery and handling by the Rent The Event Tampa Bay crew and are not eligible for customer pickup or return.

For the protection of our rental collection, specialty, fragile and high-value décor is not available for customer pickup or return, regardless of order value. This includes statues, glass décor, wedding arches, rattan pieces, lighting fixtures, antiques, and other delicate or specialty items. These rentals are exclusively transported and handled by our professional crew.

Pickup eligibility is determined by the items included in each order and the total rental value. Please confirm pickup eligibility with our team before placing or finalizing your rental order.
